Slimming smoothie – Green smoothie for weight loss

Never before have I seen the keywords ‘weight loss’ ‘weightloss’ appear so much. People, family members are obsessed with losing weight, especially the sisters. It’s easy to understand. Nowadays, in the city, there is an excess of protein, excess energy, excess weight, and serious lack of mobility. And people were furious when they believed that they had found solutions with a wide range of products, methods, treatments, and services according to their needs and desires. This formula is Sliming smoothie, which is a smoothie combined with juice. The ingredients are squeezed first and then ground together with the avocado meat. So use both a juicer and a blender. If you only have a blender, you could try grinding it all up, but frankly it will be harder to drink than juice (because too much fiber from difficult fibers like celery).

If you want to replace this smoothie for a meal, you already have 1/3 of your daily serving made from fresh vegetables. Ingredients (6 items)

  • 2 apples (washed, peeled, if organic apples can be peeled, seeded)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber (peeled, if organic, can be peeled)
  • 1 green lemon (seedless, peel or peel as desired)
