How to make black bean tea with fat and supple cake

Step 1: Wash the black beans into the pot, pour the water over the beans, simmer for about 20 minutes or until soft. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves, add 500 ml of water.

Step 2: Put the flour in the bowl, pour in hot water. Mix well with a spoon until dough becomes a block, then use your hands to knead the dough evenly. Take each small dough about the size of a finger, make a round and thin, then put 1 coconut in the middle, cover the coconut, set aside. Do the same until all the dough is gone.

Step 3: In another pot of water, boil the potato flour until it is ripe, then take it out and put it in the tea pot.
